  • How to book a suite at the Minamina?
    To make your experience smooth and hassle-free, reservations are exclusively made online, directly on the website Choose from our two suites with jacuzzi for a romantic, playful, unusual, or cozy stay. Check-in is done online, according to your criteria, along with the reservation of your suite and extras: scenarios, brunch, breakfasts, meals, massages, photo shoots, as well as a variety of additional turnkey extras. After your payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information to access your suite.
  • How do I access my suite ?
    Après validation du paiement de votre réservation en ligne, vous recevez automatiquement un email de confirmation avec un QR-code éphémère. Celui ci est votre clé virtuelle qui vous permet d'entrer et sortir de votre suite à votre convenance. Ce QR-code d'entrée peut être sur votre téléphone ou sur format papier. Il est exclusivement valide pour la période de votre réservation.
  • Is there a reception at Minamina?
    There is no physical reception desk, as you are self-sufficient upon arrival, during your stay, and upon departure. Minamina pays great attention to each guest, which is why even though there may not be someone to greet you, you will still receive a personalized welcome in your suite with special attentions.
  • Is breakfast included?
    Breakfast is one of the many extras available when booking. It is not automatically included in your stay.
  • How does the housekeeping service work?
    If you stay for multiple nights, daily housekeeping is done between 12pm and 6pm (comfort cleaning, restocking of consumables, etc.). If you do not wish to be disturbed, the "Do Not Disturb" door hanger is available to display on the exterior handle.
  • Are linen provided in my suite?
    All the necessary bed linen is already provided and installed. Bath towels of various sizes are available for your use.
  • Can I cook in my suite?
    Both suites are equipped with a smart kitchen. While not suitable for elaborate chef-style cooking, they are perfect for satisfying your small cravings before a hike in the Calanques de Cassis or when returning late from your romantic getaway.
  • What if I want to order an extra during my stay?
    Extras are to be ordered during the reservation of your stay at Minamina, so that they can be set up for your arrival. During your stay, additional extras can sometimes be ordered upon request by email or phone. Due to preparation time, last-minute requests cannot be accommodated. The order will be considered valid upon payment, which can be made via a link sent by email for this purpose.
  • Can I arrive late on the day of my arrival?
    Minamina eliminates any constraints related to check-in time or key handover. Thanks to the QR code automatically sent to you by email upon reservation, you can arrive at any time from the designated check-in time.
  • Can I arrive earlier in my suite?
    Your suite is exclusively available for the periods of your reservation.
  • Can I stay later in my suite?
    The Minamina is the specialist in original and romantic stays for couples. To align with the mindset of your stay, late check-out is included for all bookings. It is until noon for the Socoah suite and 1:00 PM for the Sierra suite. If you wish to stay even later, Minamina invites you to book an additional night. Fees apply for late check-out. Thank you for your understanding.
  • What are the amenities of the suites?

  • How are the smart kitchens equipped?
    Each suite is equipped with a smart kitchen. While not suitable for elaborate chef-style cooking, they are perfect for satisfying your small cravings.
  • How are the bathrooms equipped?
    Each suite has its own private bathroom, as well as a bubble bath jacuzzi and an infrared sauna (only available in the Sierra suite).
  • Can I pay in cash?
    To book a suite at Minamina, reservations are made online. Cash payment is not available. On your bank statements, the amount charged will be listed under the name MM13.
  • Can we come with 3 people?
    The maximum number of occupants per suite is 2 persons. Any additional person, even as a visitor, is strictly prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Is the jacuzzi filled when I arrive?
    For strict hygiene measures, Minamina prioritizes single-use baths. It is inconceivable to use a bath that has already been used by other individuals or treated chemically with harsh products for the skin and the environment. You can fill your jacuzzi using a button that enables automatic and fast filling with the necessary amount of water.
  • Can I be accompanied to organize a surprise?
    Le Minamina specializes in original and romantic couple getaways! Many ready-made extras are available to help you create a surprise. If you have a specific request, please make an inquiry via email at
  • Can I smoke in my suite?
    The suites at Minamina are strictly non-smoking. You have direct and private access to a designated smoking area adjacent to your suite. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Can I rent a suite in day use, for a few hours?
